England vs Montenegro – Euro 2012 

After the defeat in the World Cup against Germany by 4-1 that eliminated England from World Cup, England raised its head and did not lost points in following matches. Victories over Hungary (2-1), Bulgaria (4-0) and Switzerland (3-1) where England showed a great attitude, trying to forget what happened in their last World Cup.

For this game , playing at home, England despite being good will have an important game to go and get three important points. This win will put this team in group leadership with a game in hand and with the same points as Montenegro. Terry is injured and miss this game. Hart was caught in the night and there could be surprise in goal, Ferdinand returns and will be the captaind, and Lescott will be a partner in defense. Lennon ia also injured and will be replaced by Downing. Another last minute miss is Darren Bent.

Montenegro goes to Wembley trying to surprise. The team is confident for this game and very motivated after not losing in last five games. Victories against Wales (1-0), Bulgaria (1-0) and Switzerland (1-0) placed Montenegro 1st in the group and some points today is a very important step for this team that wants to be present in next Euro Cup. After the goal from Vucinic in the end of the meeting against Switzerland, Montenegro has secured the three points, the player decided to celebrate by taking the shorts and said if he score against England he do it again. The team is high and very confident but will play against England the story is more complicated than they think.

Conclusion: Montenegro games have been under 2.5 goals and despite England being fit and have scored plenty of goals in these last games do not anticipate that will happen for this match. Montenegro does not want to lose and will try to keep the draw.
