Porto is in great shape and they certainly want to get into the Europe League with the right foot.

Norway is one of the main candidates of this group to qualify for Euro 2012, so one of our main rivals. Although it didn’t play in the World Cup it’s a pretty strong team with good players up front who can easily make the difference, as happened last game. Against Iceland, Norway began losing, showing some defensive errors and some instability, however, the strong attack compensates for the lower quality defense, and managed to win the game.

However, for this game, there’s a very important player who will not play, John Arne Riise, the left wingback of the Norwegian team, was injured and won’t be able to play against Portugal, and any player that replaces him will never fulfill his role, Riise has a great quality, and makes the entire left wing, so this is good news for Portugal. Switzerland has made an excellent game against Spain, surprising the world by beating the super favorites 1-0. They did a defensive game and took a counter-attack combined with a defensive slip from the spanish side to score the goal and so add the three points. In the next game, they caught Chile, and lost 1-0. In this game they weren’t so defensive, but Chile has shown a better game and won it with a goal from Gonzalez.

Portugal started a little scared, but played very good in last game, showing what they can do. Against Ivory Coast game was very poor, with little danger for both sides, teams were more concerned about not losing the game than to do something to win, and the game turned out in a 0 – 0. Against North Korea, won 7-0, and is the biggest win of the World Cup. However, I’m realistic and i do not think we have done nothing big special.
